Blue Cheese Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Salad
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halves
Preparation

in medium bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
in large bowl combine cabbage, carrots and green onions.
just before serving stir together dressing and cabbage mixture.
sprinkle with 1/4 cup Blue cheese.
garnish with cherry tomatoes, serve immediately.
