Shrimp Avocado Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    DRESSING
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    SALAD
    3 cups farfalle pasta, cooked
    1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1 lb Baby Spinach, washed drained
    2 shallots, minced
    1 avocado, peeled, chopped
    1/4 cup feta
Preparation
    For the dressing, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together. Set aside.
    Mix cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, spinach, shallots, avocado, and feta together; toss.
    Add dressing and toss; serve or chill.
