Sautéed Spinach And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups of fresh Baby Spinach
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 sliced red onion
    3 slices bacon
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic
Preparation
    Coat skillet with the oil.
    Add mushrooms, onion, bacon and garlic.
    Saute for about 6 min over medium heat.
    Add spinach and saute until wilted.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve and enjoy.
