Jawaneh (Grilled Chicken Wings With Lemon And Garlic)- Lebanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 lemon, juice of
    salt, to taste
    black pepper, to taste
    2 -4 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
    16 chicken wings
    2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic; pour over chicken wings and let marinate covered for one hour in the fridge.
    Grill until done aprx. ten minutes.
    You can also broil them in the oven for about ten minutes or until they are completely done; turning them once.
    Serve them sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy!
