Sweet Walnut Soup (Intxaursalsa Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 liters milk
    2 cinnamon sticks
    300 g chopped nuts
    300 g sugar
Preparation
    In a pan place the chopped nuts, milk and cinnamon sticks.
    Boil for about 30 minutes, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Serve hot or warm in individual drinks and sprinkled with cinnamon and a few sprigs of cinnamon as a decoration.
    We can also accompany 2 caramelized pecan halves and a few sprigs of mint to decorate the plate.
