Chicken Stuffed With Herbs And Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
    2 green onions
    2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt, organic
    2 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Slit breast horizontally.
    Mix rice, yogurt, and herbs together.
    Stuff chicken and bake.
