Heart Healthy Pumpkin And Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/8 cup soymilk
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    cinnamon (to taste)
    stevia (to taste) or artificial sweetener (to taste)
    1/2 ounce raisins (mini box)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients until incorporated.
    Spray a pan with PAM and scoop about 1 tbs of the pumpkin mixture onto pan.
    Press cookies flat with a fork.
    Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until done.
