Cranberry-Orange Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen)
    2 cups orange marmalade
    3/4 cup dried cranberries
    1 tablespoon orange peel, finely grated
    1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely grated
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (you could also try allspice)
Preparation
    Stir juice and sugar in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, simmer until mixture is reduced to 3 cups, stirring occasionally about 15 minutes. Cool. Cover and chill.
