Blueberry Bottom Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/3 cups flour (plus 3 Tbs)
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lemon zest (or any citrus zest)
Blueberry Bottom
3 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon citrus zest
Preparation

mix dry ingredients, add butter and mix until crumbly.
add milk, vanilla and eggs, mix until blended, do not over mix.
grease an 8\" square pan.
mix blueberries, sugar and zest and put in pan.
top with cake batter.
cook 45 - 50 minutes at 350.
sever warm or cold.
