Mushroom And Thyme Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb mushroom, thinly sliced
    6 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    5 cups chicken stock
    1 cup dry white wine
Preparation
    In large pot, melt butter. Add onion, mushrooms and shiitakes; saute until mushrooms are browned, 10-15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour, thyme, salt and pepper; saute for 2 minutes.
    Whisk in stock and wine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
