Black Bean Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 cup chickpeas, drained
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with pita bread and /or crackers.
