Jamaican Mangotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ounces mango nectar
1 1/2 ounces rum
1 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce lime juice
For the rim
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Preparation

In a wide, shallow bowl, combine the sugar and cayenne. Moisten the rim of 2 chilled martini glasses with a lime and dip it into the sugar mixture.
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the mango juice, rum, Grand Marnier and lime juice and shake vigorously. Strain into the glasses. Serve with a mango slice, if desired. Makes 2.
