Mock Hollandaise Sauce With Yogurt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat, whisking constantly, over moderate heat until mixture barely begins to boil. Remove at once.
Serve warm or chilled just as you would the real thing.
