Sarasota'S Creamy Maple Brandy Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (no miracle whip for this)
1/2 cup maple syrup (pure maple if you have it)
1/2 teaspoon grated shallot
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brandy (Don't want to get a whole bottle, just get one of those little nips ... I call them airplane or hote)
salt
pepper
fresh herb (optional)

Preparation

Dressing -- Just mix everything together and refrigerate until ready.
Depending on what type of salad I am making, I may add a little fresh thyme or tarragon. You can be as creative as you want.
Just drizzle over your favorite salad for a great change to the every day dressing.
