Roasted Garlic Restaurant Style Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, Garlic Roasted
    1 (10 ounce) can rotel
    1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, roasted*
    1 lime, Juiced
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 jalapeno, with seeds
    3/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse/blend until combined.
    * To roast garlic, slice off the top of the garlic head. Place whole head of garlic on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Tightly seal aluminum foil around garlic. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let cool. Squeeze garlic cloves out.
