Overnight Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sausage
    6 eggs
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 cups milk
    1/4 cup green pepper, diced
    1/4 cup mushroom, diced
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain and cool.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Stir in cheese. Break bread into cubes and add to egg mixture. Add sausage. Pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Reheats well.
