Corn Patch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups cooked shell macaroni (I use whole wheat)
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
salt and pepper
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat, saute peppers and onions until soft.
Add ground beef to pepper and onion mixture and brown.
Add Macaroni to meat mixture along with remaining ingredients except shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a prepared 13x9 casserole and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
