Marinara Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
4 tomatoes, chopped
4 medium celery, diced
2 small zucchini, diced
1 bell pepper, diced and seeded
18 ounces marinara sauce
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
Preparation

Place chicken in slow cooker; add garlic, tomatoes, celery, zucchini, and bell pepper.
pour marinara sauce over all, sprinkle basil and thyme on top.
set on low and cook 6-7 hours.
before serving shred chicken with a fork.
