Crock Pot French Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 arm roast
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) package au jus mix
    1 (1 ounce) package zest italian seasoning mix
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
    0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the crock pot.
    Cook on low for 8 hours.
    Serve on a hoagie roll topped with Swiss or Provel cheese.
