Microwave Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Microwave sugars, water and spice for 3 minutes after mixing. Add pumpkin and mix again. Microwave again for 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Will keep for a couple of weeks.
