Lavender-Honey Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large egg yolks
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 pinch salt
    2 cups milk, scalded
    5 tablespoons lavender honey
    edible lavender flowers, for garnish
Preparation
    Beat the egg yolks stiff with the sugar and salt.
    Add the milk in a slow, steady stream. Stir in the honey.
    Cook the mixture lightly.
    Cool. Chill. Freeze. Garnish.
