Sahlep, Salep, Sahlab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 teaspoon instant tea, sahlep powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pinch cinnamon, for dusting
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
Boil, whisking continuously, for 2 - 3 minutes.
Pour into two cups.
dust with cinnamon.
