Bbq Beef 'N' Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lbs beef, stewmeat
2 medium onions, chopped
1 quart water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
salt & pepper, pinch for seasoning
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
20 buns
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredents in a large sauce pan.
Simmer uncovered over low heat for 5 - 6 hours or until meat fall's into shred's.
The mixture should be thick.
Spoon onto toasted hamburger buns.
Serve.
