Grasshopper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ounces lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl mix gelatin powder and boiling water.
Let sit until starting to set.
Stir in ice cream until well blended.
Stir in mini morsels and peppermint extract, if using.
Pour into 6 dessert dishes.
Chill until firm.
