Hazelnut Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup hazelnuts (grounded in-blender to a coarse flour)
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
    1 cup milk, warm
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup apple, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 minutes. Fill greased muffin pan with the batter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
