Dickie'S Cranberry Drop Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 375*F.
Cream butter and sugars together.
Beat in milk, orange juice and egg.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Add flour mixture in batches to the batter blending well after each addition.
Stir in chopped nuts and cranberries.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on greased baking cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before placing in storage tins. They become more moist over time.
