Coca Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup Coke
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Icing
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons Coke
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
1 cup nuts

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients, then heat next 3 and add gradually into first mixtures.
Grease 13X9X2 inch cake pan and cover bottom with 2 cups miniature marshmallows.
Pour batter over that. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) for 35-45 minutes.
Pour icing over warm cake.
ICING FOR COCA COLA CAKE:
Heat margarine, cocoa, Coke and vanilla.
Pour over the powdered sugar and mix.
Add nuts.
Add frosting to the cake.
Cool before serving.
