Mustard Sauce With Ginger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup vinegar
    1 tablespoon grated gingerroot or 1 teaspoon dried ginger
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
    In a small saucepan boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce over medium heat.
    Mix cornstarch and mustard in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Stir in and cook until it thickens.
    Grate in ginger root (or dry ginger).
    Serve over any type of roast meat.
