Apricot Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
1 ounce sour cream or 1 ounce plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Chill for at least 2 hours and serve over the salad of your choice.
