Chestnut Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb pork sausage
    1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; add meats and water chestnuts. Mix well.
    Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
