Quick And Easy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    4 tablespoons cold water
    1 egg white
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Put sugar, water and egg white in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water, stirring the ingredients constantly until frosting is the right consistency to spread. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. (Just the right amount for a dozen cupcakes).
    Try different flavorings and maybe colorings for interest.
