Mom'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 ounce) bags fresh spinach, rinsed, patted dry & torn
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    6 tablespoons onions, chopped
    3/4 cup muenster cheese (my favorite) or 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/4 inch pieces (I've used shredded Italian blend when I haven't had anything else on hand and it's just as good)
    4 hard-boiled eggs (3 eggs chopped, 1 egg grated for garnish)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon horseradish
    1 cup mayonnaise
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine celery, onion, 3 chopped eggs, cheese & spinach.
    Combine salt, pepper, Tabasco, vinegar, horseradish & mayonnaise.
    Mix dressing with vegetables.
    Put in serving dish, garnish with reserved grated hard boiled egg & sprinkle with paprika.
    Chill.
