Pumpkin Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cubes ice, or more if desired
    1 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup pumpkin puree
    1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    1 pinch ground ginger
    1 pinch ground nutmeg
    1 pinch ground allspice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Blend ice, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, banana, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
