Easy Tangy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 seedless English cucumbers, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 tablespoon white sugar
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place cucumbers in a large bowl. Whisk vinegar, sugar, oil, soy sauce, and salt together in a separate bowl; pour over cucumbers. Stir to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
