Three Pepper Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup tightly packed basil leaves
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the Parmesan cheese and olive oil in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Add the red bell pepper, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; blend again until smooth.
