Keto Mock Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package mock crab meat, chopped
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
    1/8 cup diced scallions
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 dashes adobo seasoning, or to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine mock crab meat, celery, bell pepper, scallions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, adobo seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
