Cheesy Black Bean Guacamole - cooking recipe

3 large avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups rinsed, drained canned black beans
1 1/2 cups grated Romano cheese
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
