Maple-Seasoned Turkey Brine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gallon water
    1 1/2 cups maple syrup
    1 cup coarse sea salt
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup frozen lovage leaves
    2 tablespoons dried sage
    1 tablespoon ground thyme
    1 tablespoon celery salt
Preparation
    Combine water, maple syrup, salt, brown sugar, lovage, sage, thyme, and celery salt in a large stockpot and bring to a boil; cook until sugar and salt are dissolved, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove pot from heat and cool brine completely.
