Paleo Barbecue Sauce With Some Kick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup beef stock
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1/4 cup shallot, minced
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon avocado oil
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix beef stock, tomato paste, shallot, Dijon mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, horseradish, red pepper flakes, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring until mixture is well combined. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until slightly thickened, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
