Mango Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 tablespoons water, or as needed
Preparation
    Layer Greek yogurt, mango chunks, ginger, and water in a blender in the order listed. Pulse 3 or 4 times; blend until smooth, adding more water to reach desired consistency.
