Vegan Raw Sunchoke Salad With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups thinly sliced sunchokes
    1 3/4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup orange juice
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 pinches white sugar
Preparation
    Arrange sliced sunchokes and apples on a serving platter.
    Combine olive oil, orange juice, salt, pepper, and sugar in a blender; blend until creamy. Drizzle over sunchoke-apple mixture.
