Curry Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney, finely chopped
    1/3 cup sliced green onion
Preparation
    Beat Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl; spread onto a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
    Spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.
