Papa'S Purple Coleslaw Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red cabbage, shredded
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
    10 baby carrots, chopped
    1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    2/3 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into thin chips
    1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 cup dried cherries, or to taste
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon chopped cilantro, or to taste
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder, or to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 cup honey
Preparation
    Toss red cabbage, tomato, baby carrots, pineapple, pecans, apple, red bell pepper, dried cherries, green onion, cilantro, parsley, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper together in a large salad bowl until thoroughly combined. Gently mix mayonnaise into the slaw and drizzle with honey; stir again to combine all ingredients. Cover bowl and chill before serving.
