Chipotle Pumpkin Seed And Cilantro Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
    2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo
    1/4 cup Greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon lime juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook and stir pumpkin seeds in a skillet over medium heat until toasted and fragrant, 2 to 4 minutes.
    Blend pumpkin seeds, cilantro, chipotle chiles, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt in a blender until smooth.
