Kim'S Summer Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 (15 ounce) can sweet peas, drained
1 cucumber, diced
1 purple onion, diced
3 tablespoons pimentos
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the corn, white corn, tomatoes, sweet peas, cucumber, onion, and pimentos. Fold in the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
