1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Thai chile peppers, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
