Fiery Red Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large garlic cloves
1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
1 medium white onion, quartered
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
Kosher salt, to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
Preparation

Place first eight ingredients in Oster(R) Versa(R) Performance Blender in order listed. Add remaining can of tomatoes.
Select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
