Holler Peno Watermelon Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced watermelon
    1 cucumber, peeled and diced
    1/2 large red onion, diced
    2 jalapeno peppers, diced, or more to taste
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    1 lime
    kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine watermelon, cucumber, red onion, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and mint in a large bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top; season with salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
