Chunky Guacamole From Red Gold® - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, pitted and peeled
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 (15.5 ounce) can RED GOLD(R) Petite Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro
    Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a medium bowl mash the avocados with a fork until chunky. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve at room temperature.
    Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro
