Chocolate-Tahini Ice Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup soy milk
    1/2 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
    2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia(R))
Preparation
    Combine soy milk, avocado, chocolate syrup, tahini, vanilla extract, and stevia in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 ice pop molds, and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
